iPN Privacy Policy

Apptreme Studio built the iPN app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Apptreme Studio at no cost and is intended for use as is.

You will require to allow the apps permission to Evernotes for the app to function properly. Please be ensure that our products are designed not to store or transmit any sensitive data and all data will be kept only in your devices for the functionalities of the app.

Except as stated in this privacy policy, we will not share your personal data with any third party unless you have given us permission. We may share anonymized data, where we have removed any personal data, with other parties.

We may share your information (including but not limited to, information from cookies, log files, device identifiers, learned language data/Language Modeling Data and statistics) with businesses that are legally part of the same group of companies as Apptreme Studio, or that become part of that group (“Group Companies”). Group Companies may use this information to help provide, understand, and improve our Products (including by providing analytics and data analysis) and Group Companies own services.

We may share your information (including but not limited to, information from cookies, log files, device identifiers, learned language data/Language Modeling Data and statistics) with third-party organizations that help us provide our Products (“Service Providers”) such as providers of hosting services or analytics tools. Our Service Providers will only be given access to your information as is reasonably necessary and under appropriate confidentiality terms.

Should you breach the terms and conditions or terms of use relating to any of our Products, or if we are under a duty to disclose any information to comply with a legal obligation, we may be forced to disclose your information to a relevant authority. Any disclosure of personal information will be made in accordance with European law and United Kingdom legislation, in particular the UK Data Protection Act 1998 (“the Act”). For the purpose of the Act, the data controller is Apptreme Studio.

ERA 2 Version 1.1 Update

At Apptreme Studio we are always listening to the needs and requests of our users whenever we are plan for the next update our app. This is to ensure that the app that we produce is up to our users expectations in every aspects. Many of our ERA 2: Evernote Reminders on Your Today Screen users are very satisfied with the app and have given us lots of positive feedbacks on some features they would like to see being implemented in the next update. We hear you and we are happy to introduce a new feature to the new update of the app. We have introduced a quicker way to view your reminders no matter if it’s today, the past or the future.

We have create a quick access tab right on top of your reminders so that you can now access your reminder faster than before. The reminders are categorised into 4 sections:

  • Future – reminders set 2 days and beyond
  • Today – reminders between 1 day in the future and 1 day in the past
  • Past – reminders older than 2 days
  • No reminder date in note
